Ray Wilkins, the MD and Founder is an accomplished Recruitment and Commercial leader with over 21 years’ strategic and operational leadership and management experience across IT and Business and Occupational staffing disciplines; Executive Search and Selection, Contingent Agency Recruitment (Permanent, Temporary, Contract and Interim), and In-House Resourcing leadership. Ray is focused upon delivering added value across the spectrum of Human Talent acquisition activities, moving away from transactional Recruitment 'supplier' relationships to a more holistic partnership approach. RMW adopts a 360° consultative approach to Recruitment. We work closely with both our Clients and Candidates to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring the best results are achieved for both parties. I am a strong commercial director and positive change agent with a track record of enhancing bottom line return. IT plays a significant portion of RMWs capabilities and delivers the complete range of Human Talent from first line IT Support through to senior Development / Project / Programme Management.
