- Expert Advice: Our team of highly skilled and experienced consultants are always available to discuss any recruitment matter with you and give you expert advice about how, when, what and where you need to align your resources in order to secure superb additions to your team.
- Initial Pre-screening Interviews (IPI): RMW Consulting always pre-screen each and every candidate, and make sure they are suitably qualified, available and most importantly RIGHT for your company (this can take place in person or by telephone depending on the level of appropriateness).
- Response Handling: Should you wish to keep your recruitment costs down to a minimum and source the candidates yourselves using the medium of your choice, at a small charge RMW Consulting can deal with part or all of a response to an advertisement you have placed, providing the applicants with the relevant information, and even filtering irrelevant candidates for you, saving you time whereby giving you nearly full autonomy of your recruitment process.
- Information Gathering Meeting (IGM): To help us help you find the most suitable and best available candidates to choose between we are delighted to offer you lunch, where we meet with you to discuss your recruitment requirements in more detail. With our experiences, we know it is the small, finite details about the position, company and team that make the difference to the individual and vice versa. Gathering this information that our competitors do not, gives us the competitive edge in this marketplace.

- Job Specification writing: We would be delighted to help you overcome that time intrusive aspect of writing a Job Specification by writing it for you. Once this has been written, we will pass it to you to critique before we use it to source the best candidates.
- Salary Benchmarking Advice (SBA): Want to know how much you should be paying to secure your new staff member? Ask RMW Consulting, we will give you free honest impartial advice.
- Headhunting: Our experienced Headhunters are always available to make contact with who you want when you want them. This is an RMW Consulting speciality.
- Interview arrangements: You tell us when, where and who, and we will do the rest.
- Managed Agency Agreement: Are you fed-up of all the calls you have to handle from Recruitment agencies, who are only interested in making a quick buck? Why not ask RMW Consulting to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from dealing with all incoming calls to 2nd tier agency providers.
- International Recruitment: RMW have experience of working internationally, so should you have colleagues overseas who require any assistance, recommend RMW, we could make all the difference.
- 3D Cover Letters: Upon request RMW Consulting are pleased to offer you a 3 dimensional cover letter of each and every candidate we represent. The 3 dimensions include:
- A Personal Profile from the Candidate (why they are suitable to this position etc)
- An RMW recommendation (why we believe the candidate is suitable for this role, using our experience of working with you)
- A Reference or Testimonial from a previous employer (giving you a greater understanding of the candidates true value, and depth of skills).
- Calls: RMW Consulting do not enforce rigorous sales targets on their team, so we can guarantee you will not be bombarded with calls, we keep in touch as much as you want us to.
