We are a small and successful IT Recruitment Company based in Surrey, specialising in providing the best service to all our clients within the IT and Business Psychology sector.

Proven success, as an IT Recruitment Consultant is highly beneficial – you will know and have experience of the full recruitment life cycle.

You will ideally be degree educated in a Business discipline or equivalent although this is not mandatory.

We need a positive, enthusiastic go-getter who loves the thrill of sales, enjoys recruitment and loves a challenge, but also understands the ups and downs. You will be competitive, enjoy the job satisfaction, dealing with a varied and diverse range of clients and candidates at all levels, and of course the money!

The prospects for personal growth and development along with a step up the career ladder are tremendous in this stimulating environment.

You will need to be able to source candidates, market CV’s to clients, arrange interviews, debrief and close.

A sense of humour is essential and an entrepreneurial flair with drive would be ideal, and you will be a naturally charming communicator. The majority of our work is telephone and email / web based, and some client or candidate meetings are required from time to time.

We operate in a smart casual office dress code. You must be able to take responsibility and stand in and deputise from time to time where appropriate.
